To report a lost or stolen True Blue® Direct Visa® debit card, call 1.888.5TRUBLU (1.888.587.8258) 24 hours a day/7 days a week, including holidays. Select option 7 for the Debit Card Services Menu. Choose option 2 for card deactivation. Another option for reporting your card as lost or stolen is to log in to True Blue Online®. Choose the All menu, and then select Support. Then, report your card as lost or stolen under the Report Lost Card option.
